Responsibilities


    • Explore business opportunities and turn them into revenues;
    • Provide broad support to sales teams of the sales process, i.e. opportunity qualification, relationship building, due diligence and requirements gathering, demonstration, RFPs, sales collateral creation, work orders and deal closure;
    • Resolves all technical issues arising during the sales engagement;
    • Work with project streams in developing FinTech solutions and ensuring successful project delivery;
    • Stay close to market and understand key competitors/alternatives; and
    • Analyze relevant events, conferences, trade shows, industry events and meetups that the company should be participating in.

Requirements:


    • Good University degree in any discipline, preferably with some IT relevancy;
    • Strong selling, consulting, and negotiation skills;
    • Strong communication, presentation skills and IT fluency;
    • Display passionate and positive learning attitude with strong ownership to execute end-to-end projects;
    • Good to have - some knowledge of fintech, financial industry and its current events.

Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities


    • Responsible for all-rounded HR functions in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management and Employee Relations.
    • Positively influence decisions to improve business results by optimizing HR processes and acting as the voice of the employees
    • Develop and implement HR projects to improve HR services and administration and continually review HR policies for effectiveness and relevance

Advisers on iGM share a common goal – to provide transparent, ethical and suitable advice to benefit their clients. With us, you will be empowered with FinTech to provide personalised wealth management solutions and develop a personal wealth management hub.




      We are looking for someone:
    • To provide personalised wealth management solutions to clients and help them grow their assets
    • To recommend a range of wealth management products (unit trusts, ETFs, direct bonds, stocks, insurance) to fulfil clients’ needs
    • To actively source for new clients on your own initiative
    • To service clients acquired by the company’s lead generation capabilities
    • Keep abreast of customer needs and investment market trends
    • Deliver effective and efficient support to clients, within and beyond office hours

Requirements:


    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Client-oriented, pleasant, meticulous and obliging disposition
    • Strong interest in investment products. Candidates with the relevant experience will have an added advantage.
    • Holds either one of the following qualifications:
    • A full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level;
    • An International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification;
    • A diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore; or
    • Any other academic qualification equivalent to the qualifications above
    • Certificates or exemptions from the following CMFAS/IBF modules will be advantageous: M1A, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A

Fixed Income Analyst

Responsibilities


    • Provide research and analysis for the coverage of Asian credit markets (excluding China and Hong Kong), with a focus on the Singapore bond market. Contribute investment views and research for other fixed income markets in collaboration with the regional offices.
    • Generate original, timely and actionable investment ideas pertaining to the fixed income asset class. Communicate these investment views, ideas and research via research reports, presentations and other channels.
    • Help our clients make informed decision when they invest in bonds, specifically by achieving and maintaining a coverage list of bond issuers, and providing periodic research recommendation for bonds in the coverage list and new bond issues.
    • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the firm's fixed income research function.
    • Undertake additional functions and duties when required.

Requirements:


    • Possess a good degree in Economy/Finance/Business/Engineering or other related disciplines
    • Candidates without working experience or less than 1 year of working experience are welcomed to apply. Candidates with the relevant experience (covering Asian SGD and USD bonds) of two years and above may be considered for a senior role.
    • Deep-seated belief in, and alignment with the iFAST Values, especially in empowering the investor community with the tools and education to make informed investment decisions.
    • Ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines.
    • The candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, be able to think independently, and willing to assert his/her views. At the same time, he/she must be open-minded with disagreements and criticisms.
    • Good communication skills, especially in written English; and the ability to simplify and synthesize complex material into a more user-friendly format. Experience in creative writing and/or public speaking experience is a plus.

Internal IT Auditor

Responsibilities


    • Perform internal audit engagement (ie. review of security and controls in operating systems, application systems, network infrastructure, databases and internet) to provide assurance to Group Management on internal control
    • Ascertain compliance with regulation and security within areas in IT
    • To highlight forward looking indicators of potential risks within areas in IT
    • Special/adhoc audits, where required

Requirements:


    • Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
    • At least 2-4 years of experience in IT audit, IT security & IT networking
    • CISA-trained preferred
    • Familiar with Java, Weblogic Application Server & Oracle Database
    • Candidates should be comfortable as a self starter with the ability to work independently and conduct hands-on fieldwork
    • Good communication skills
    • Fluent in English and Chinese Language (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
    • Willingness to accommodate a very manageable amount of travel
