Operations Intern (Custody)
Responsibilities
- Check and ensure timely recording/process of all investment transactions and scrutinize daily trades submitted by financial advisory firms and financial institutions
- Follow up in resolution of trade discrepancy to ensure accuracy and completeness of daily transactional and settlement
- Handle transactional process and trades placement with Fund Managers
- Provide general administration and support to Operations departments.
- Additional/ ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Team Manager when required

Settlements Operations Analyst
Responsibilities
- Identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of Settlement Operations
- Finding elegant solutions to daily operational processes’ challenges to ease any possible roadblocks
- Cash management support
- Bank reconciliation support
- Partake in end to end Project management for team – project scoping, planning, attending meetings right up to UAT and Live deployments.
- Understand the business drivers and ensure projects deliver real business value.
- Actively manage stakeholder relationships.

Corporate Communications Executive / Senior Executive
Responsibilities
- Job scope covers corporate communication, investor relations and sustainability
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly results announcements and production of Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports
- Organise and support investors/shareholders/media meetings and briefings, including quarterly results announcement briefing, General Meetings (AGM, EGM), conferences, roadshows and other adhoc meetings
- Provide support for sustainability reporting matters, including data tracking and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Maintain the corporate website and social media account (LinkedIn, Youtube and etc.)

Requirements:

Legal Counsel
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory to various business units and functions, such as in areas relating to contracts, intellectual property rights, trust law, employment law, SGX listing rules, etc.
- Draft, review and/or negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, particularly in the area of banking and financial services
- Manage any litigation or contentious matters that may arise from time to time
- Monitor and advise stakeholders on possible legal risk and provide mitigation strategies
- Instruct and manage the work of external legal counsel as needed
- Trust drafting and vetting
- Work closely with other in-house counsels within the Group based overseas on matters of common / related interest

Requirements:

Responsibilities
- Handling and processing of corporate action events which include drafting of correspondences to our end clients & business partners.
- Assess and prioritize the daily assigned workload to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.
- Review and process new issue eligibility requests for all sub issue types as well as all other operational tasks supported by the department.
- Understand the policies, procedures, systems, and controls that govern and support the department.
- Ensures strict adherence to procedures and critical time frames in order to meet departmental benchmarks and processing deadlines.
- Contributes to activities outside the day-to-day operational processing which may include audits and other types of initiatives and exercises.

Responsibilities
- Perform compliance reviews and assessments on targeted compliance issues, investigations or potential problems
- Keep abreast of developments and changes in regulations governing the capital market and financial advisory industry
- Plan, develop, monitor, revise and implement the Company’s compliance initiatives in response to such changes
- Preparation of various reports for submission to regulators/authorities, internal and external parties

Responsibilities
- The Research Analyst will primarily be responsible for generating investment ideas in his/her assigned area of market coverage, and communicating these ideas to the investing public predominantly through original research articles and presentations.
- Conduct fundamental research within assigned area of market coverage using publicly available information sources, including financial statements, company annual reports, published research, and online databases
- Generate high-conviction investment ideas (including stocks, unit trusts, and ETFs) across various geographical markets and/or sectors. Work with other members of the research team to evaluate a comprehensive range of active and passive products
- Communicate these ideas to the investing public, as well as internal stakeholders, through various channels, including original research articles and seminar presentations
- Participate in discussions and contribute ideas to portfolio decision-making within the team’s disciplined investment process
